Weekly Drum and Sound Healing Circle

All are welcome to a free weekly Sound Healing Drum jam Wednesday at Posse Grounds 6:45 - 8:45pm! Bring your drum, chair, acoustic instruments, including healing bowls. A few small lights woulds also be helpful during the last hour.

The Sedona Drum and Healing Circle grew naturally from a shared desire to explore the transformative power of rhythm and sound. Rooted in heart-centered collaboration and improvisational drumming, our gatherings have given rise to a unique, intuitive formula—one where healing, connection, and personal growth emerge through the joy of making music together. Our core aim is to access the powerful internal state of Flow—a space of deep focus, presence, and creative energy—while collectively experiencing the uplifting and restorative effects of rhythm, sound, and movement.
