Full Moon Drum and Sound Healing

All are welcome to gather under May's rising blue moon for a FREE drum and sound healing circle Saturday at Yavapai Vista 5-9pm. Bring your drum, chair, acoustic instruments, and healing bowls (preferably not glass).

Sedona Drum and Sound Healing is a community-based, open-format, rhythmic collective. Our circle is open to people of all backgrounds and life experiences. We allow the drums to lead and simply create the conditions where something more can emerge. We honor the land and sky, have respect for our ancestors and Indigenous traditions, and approach rhythm with humility and gratitude.

Rooted in improvisational drumming and collaboration, these gatherings offer an active pathway into presence, nervous system regulation, and alignment without force or an ideological framework.
